WARRANTY POLICY

60-DAY BREAKAGE & DEFECT WARRANTY

Within the first 60 days after your purchase, every piece in our store is covered against:

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Breakage or structural damage (broken chains, clasps, links, etc.).
  • Visible imperfections affecting the piece.

You are entitled to a replacement, repair or store credit of the affected item. This coverage applies regardless of whether the damage was caused by a defect or during normal use.

*Lost or stolen items are never covered under any circumstances.

 

LIFETIME WARRANTY

  • You are entitled to a one-time replacement or store credit if your piece tarnishes or loses color.
  • This warranty applies only to products explicitly stated as covered in their description.

Important notes:

  • Our warranty does not cover items that are lost, stolen, damaged on purpose, or damaged by a third party. These cases are never eligible, neither within the 60-day window nor under the lifetime warranty.

  • Our warranty only covers original Lost Gen Club products (purchased on www.lostgenclub.com). Items purchased from third-party sellers are not eligible.
